To thrive is about stepping up and grabbing life, standing tall, and having the courage to meet life’s challenges. Put simply – thriving is all about being forward-focused, not dwelling on the past, and making the absolute most of every day.
It is feeling empowered to choose to experience life positively and realistically, knowing you have the skills to manage whatever comes your way or holds you back such as fear, anxiety, low self-esteem, or negative self-talk.

What does the programme do?
The program teaches the skills thriving people use every day to be successful and perform at their best. It empowers people to cultivate the psychological skills transform their performance and wellbeing.
It is a training programme that teaches you the what, why and how to feel firmly in the driver’s seat of your life - feeling responsible for your thinking habits, your emotional responses, your choices, habits and behaviours. Work from the inside out to break through that imaginary glass ceiling and reach new levels of potential and possibilities.
The results of the programme are measurable and predictable. You will enjoy being your own Thrive Coach, practicing how to tap into and leverage your newfound strengths - a strong sense of personal power and control, high & stable self-esteem, self-confidence, and the ability to be your best self, even when the going gets tough.
The aim of the sessions
When you complete the programme, you will enjoy strong psychological foundations, such as good self esteem and a strong sense of internal control so you can feel powerful in your life. When your foundations are strong, you don't create symptoms and anxieties because you believe in yourself and your coping skills. You will have everything you need to create and maintain a thriving mindset - elevating your potential performance and love your life - everyday.
How does it work?
Creating and maintaining good mental health is very similar to creating and maintaining good physical health: you learn what to do, then put it into action. You will learn about the different components that make up your inner foundations including:
Your sense of control
Your self esteem
Your social confidence
Your thinking styles (such as catastrophic, brooding, perfectionist, etc).
Understanding these concepts will give you great self-insight, giving you back control over how you respond to life. It's not necessary to delve into your past or offer you techniques to try to fire-fight away anxieties.
How are the sessions run and what happens when complete?
The programme includes a one-on-one session each week for eight weeks. In that time you will learn all you need to reach your goals.
After 8 weeks, clients venture out, applying their new skillsets, and followed up with a 6 week follow up session.
Thriving isn’t a state of being. Thriving is a doing thing, an attitude. After the period, you will be equipped and ready to coach yourself. The Thrive Programme is just the beginning of a rewarding and fulfilling life journey for you.

Weekly 60-75 minute one-to-one coaching sessions with Karen (via zoom)
Complementary initial consultation - Goals, questions, and expectations
The Thrive Programme® Manual as a comprehensive guide
Personalised TQ report providing insights into core foundations and thinking styles
Comprehensive support videos enhancing the learning experience
Coaching and mentoring support between sessions if required,
Thrive Journal to support the application of new skillsets after the 8 weeks, followed by a 4-6 week follow-up support session
